Shipment only for Germany
• Please select "Paketversand" for a fast and secure shipment per UPS. Shipment takes between 3 and 5 days with tracking number. If you select normal shipment ("Sonstige") or doesn´t do anything we´ll ship by normal postal service, without insurance or tracking number. Shipment takes between 7 and 30 days. You can also ask us for an invoice, we´ll sent you one with UPS shipment included.
Shipment general
• We ship worldwide with United Parcel Services (UPS). Normally, if you pay before 09.00 o´clock, your item(s) will be shipped on the same day. Delivery takes place within 1 till 5 working days. You will be provided by a tracking number. You can fully follow your shipment from package until delivery at home. You will receive a shipment notification as soon as we pack your item(s).
• Shipments to a country within the European Union are charged with 12 euros for the first item in one buy and 3 euros for additional items.
• EU/€: 1 Item 12,00 • 2 Items 16,00 • 3 Item 20,00 • 4 Item 24,00 • Etc.
• For Canada and Amerika we charge 25 euros for the first item in one buy and 4 euros for additional items.
• For Asia, Australia and Japan we change 30 euros for the first item in one buy and 4 euros for additional items.
Returns
• If you are not satisfied with the purchased item(s), you can send it/them back within 7 days after reception. We will pay you back the full amount you paid us (purchase price plus shipment), of course if we receive the item(s) back in the same state and packaging as we sent it. We do not pay for return shipments.

Warranty
• We give one year full warranty on new products. For problems during warranty please contact us at info@speedtimerkollektion.com. Do not loose your warranty papers/card and inform us about your purchase date.
• We do not give any warranty on used/second hand items.
