Widerrufsrecht:

Unsere Privatkunden können ihre Vertragserklärung innerhalb von einem Monat ab Erhalt der Ware ohne Angabe von Gründen widerrufen.

Zur Wahrung dieser Frist genügt die Absendung des Widerrufs in Textform oder die Rücksendung der Ware an die C3 GmbH.

Die Rücksendung erfolgt auf unsere Gefahr und ab einem Bestellwert von 40,- Euro auf unsere Kosten.

Bei einer Verschlechterung der Ware kann Wertersatz verlangt werden.

Dies gilt nicht, wenn die Verschlechterung der Ware ausschließlich auf deren Prüfung -wie sie etwa im Ladengeschäft üblich gewesen wäre- zurückzuführen ist.

Im Übrigen können Sie die Wertersatzpflicht vermeiden, indem Sie die Ware nicht wie ein Eigentümer in Gebrauch nehmen und alles unterlassen, was deren Wert beeinträchtigt.

Es gelten die AGB`s der c3 GmbH.

Return Policy:
