Limited 180-Day Warranty

All electronics product purchased from BuynMail is warranted for 6 months from date of purchase except the Auction Type Selling product. Since the Auction Type Selling are selling it at very low price but buyer still can enjoy the 7-day Limited Warranty. Our warranty is valid only at BuynMail. Improper repair or warranty service performed by someone other than BuynMail will void this warranty. BuynMail DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF WRITTEN OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF THIS ITEM, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. The limited warranty extends only to the original purchaser of the product and is not assignable or transferable to any subsequent end user.

Buyers need to cover the cost of delivery to send the defeated mobile back and for. BuynMail will not cover any delivery cost during the warranty period.

This limited warranty will be voided if any of the following conditions is applicable:

• The Product has been subject to: abnormal use, abnormal condition, improper storage, exposure to moisture or dampness, exposure to excessive temperature or other such environmental conditions, unauthorized modifications, unauthorized connections, unauthorized repair including but not limited to use of unauthorized spare parts in repairs, misuse, neglect, abuse, accident, alteration, improper installation, Acts of God, spill of foods or liquids, maladjustment of customer controls or other acts which are beyond of reasonable control of BuynMail, including deficiencies in consumable parts such as fuses and breakage or damage to antennas, unless caused directly by defects in materials or workmanship, and normal wear and tear of the Product.
• BuynMail was not notified by consumer of the alleged defect or malfunction of the Product during the applicable limited warranty period.
• The Product serial number or the accessory date code has been removed, defaced or altered.
• The defect or damage was caused by defective function of the cellular system or by inadequate signal reception by the external antenna.
• The defect or damage was caused by water damage or corrosion.

Every item you purchase from us is covered under our 7-day limited warranty against defects. Our 7-day limited warranty is a defective exchange policy that provides for either repair or replacement (at our sole discretion) of merchandise that has been confirmed as defective by manufacturer. Our Limited Warranty terms and conditions may vary by product.

Here is the delivery of 7-day Limited Warranty:

• Our item is guaranteed against defects : The valid period of replacement is 7 days after your receiption. Please get our admission before shipping out. Please make sure it is not due to your misuse. Please note you have to pay your return S/H fee and our re-shipping fee.
• We do not make any refund or reimburse S/H fee charges. Only replacement would be made.
• No Matter what the reasons of your return, you have to be responsible for the re-shipping fee. Please pay the fee to us before returning your item.
• you want replacement, you must :
  a. return the whole item(s) in their original condition, and
  b. email your replacement request to us & get our instructions
• Note before returning items to us:
  a. include the original packing slip indicating which items are being returned,
  b. have a word RETURN on your returned package.
  c. return your items within 7 days from reception of goods
• Return shipping address would be emailed to you after receiving your replacement request.
• There is 25% of restocking fee for any returned non-defective item(s) due to the problems of driver compatibility, software conflicts, improper installation and your computer compatibility.
