At musclestars we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items. That's why under our 30-day returns guarantee, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item.
By law, customers in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. This applies to all of our products except for digital items where the item has been downloaded.
To cancel your purchase within the seven-working-day cooling-off period, please print a label for your item, giving the reason for the return as "I just don't want it anymore". Please package the relevant item(s) securely and send it to us using the personalised return label so that we receive it within seven working days of the day after the date that the item was delivered to you.
For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service if the value of the return is more than 50 GBP.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective. If we do not receive the item back from you with the delivery slip, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost.

Conscious that our clientele appreciates the anonymity of our shipment, we take good care in respecting this wish. Your item is mailed in white envelopes where only our return address appears.
My goods are faulty or have been damaged in transit? Please contact us by email immediately. If we require your item to be returned, a return address will be stated in your reply email. Once you receive this, return the item to the address given with a small note explaining the reason of return and eBay item number.
FAULTY GOODS HAVE TO BE RETURNED WITHIN 14 DAYS (30 days in Germany) FROM THE DATE YOU RECEIVE THEM. When the item has been received and checked we will either send you a replacement or refund your payment. Refunds/exchanges are only issued whereby the item is received back to us in the condition we sent it including all tags and packaging.
Do you give postage discounts on multiple items? Yes when you pay for your items at the same time you should be offered the first item at € 7.90 and each item thereafter will be for no extra charge.
The item I have purchased does not fit me? Returns due to wrong fitment may be accepted only if the requested size is in stock. This is at the discretion of the management, we will always try to help you as much as we can but if we do not have the size you need in stock then we cannot help you.
Are all items in stock? What about backorders? muscleStars4U always strives to keep an abundant stock of all the merchandise it makes available in the store. Occasionally, an item may go on back order after we receive your order. In the unlikely event that this happens muscleStars4U will send you an email to this effect.
When will I get my order? We ship orders every business day, Monday through Saturday, except holidays. Most items are shipped within 6 hours from receipt of the payment.
How much will I be charged for shipping? Shipping is Euro 6,90 or Euro 7,90 for the first item across europe, and no charge for each additional item.
How will my order be packaged? Will it be discreet? All items are carefully packed and shipped in plain packaging with the return address on the label. We use insured Parcel Post (registred letter). We use Deutsche Post to ship our orders.
I'm not happy! As our feedback shows we have an excellent customer service ethos. Please!!! if you are not happpy with our goods or service, in line with ebay guide line let us know before doing anything rash.
Will you ship items overseas? We process and ship orders entered via muscleStars4U Ltd. to destinations all over the world. Please be aware that Non-European countries may charge import duty on your purchase, which you as the importer are liable for. This is not a usual occurence for single occasional purchases but may happen.
